About Ms YeTing
She is particularly passionate about educating and empowering parents how to confidently feed their children using simple, practical and evidence-based approaches so they can feel good about raising a healthy eater and improve picky eating. Her current service include 1:1 nutrition consults, teaching online nutrition courses, public health talks, nutrition workshops, and more. To date, she’ve written 2 cookbooks feature 100 family-friendly recipes.

Kids Fun Play

11:30am: Stick & Colour (a card to bring home)

11:00am: Clean up
11:15am: Art and Craft Activity (Mothers' day card with provided material, a card to bring home)

11:45am: Clean up & It's time to say goodbye
